We'll Miss You
Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bush. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, guts, perseverance, graciousness, well... I could go on and on. Thanks also to all of your administration, their loyalty, faithfulness and strength that helped you and our country through some very serious times.
May God Bless You and Your Family.

It is always right to offer a "Thank You" to the outgoing president. One has to assume he did his best, and with heartfelt sincerity. Many on the left would do themselves a great favor by being a bit more civil.
ReplyDeleteI will miss this man and his leadership.
ReplyDeleteI will miss them too. Maybe I will go look them up in Dallas :)
ReplyDeleteWell said, Alison. I'm thinking Dubya will have the same experience as Harry Truman, as far as history goes. I only hope Mr. Bush lives to see his good name and record vindicated.
ReplyDeleteAgreed and well said!
ReplyDeleteI am afraid we may all realize just how much we will miss him in the coming years. Wishing the best for his family. That is one tough job, I would not want it.
ReplyDeleteWe, too, appreciated President Bush for his success in keeping our U.S.A. free from further attacks following 9/11. The President and Mrs. Bush returned much needed dignity and honesty to The White House. They made us proud. Hopefully, the future may return promise for our country, but recent events have us more than a little concerned. The "far left" seem determined to increase the role of government and spending to an intolerable level. Will it ever end?
