Out and About in Wellfleet

In the photo of the pigeons, notice the pigeon who can't seem to get up off of it's belly. Fat, happy, and lazy! I first thought it was wounded but when I stepped too close, off it flew with the others.

  1. Pretty, and a varied set of options! But I 'do' have a question... What the heck is a cowgirl doing there??? :-)

  2. You just never know what you're going to find on the Cape. It's like a mini melting pot. Cowgirl Whisperer caught my eye, for the same reason it did yours. In the summer months here - anything goes.

  4. I think I'd be spending a LOT of quality time at Mac's Shack. There are several paths to my heart, but "sushi and raw bar" is one of the most direct. As long as there's beer to go with it...

    GREAT pics!

  5. Dispatcher - thanks!
Buck - there are raw bars everywhere here on the Cape - you could go to two a day for a week and not get to them all! (Google Shucker's Raw Bar as one example). I'd be interested in your opinion of our selections of beer....
the British Beer Co. and Cape Cod Beer Co. are here - many selections - have you tried Mad Elf Belgian Dark Ale? The folks here love their beer! We had Beer Week back in May.... Lol!
Maybe Lou, Toby, Jesse and you could come for a visit!

Hell, I've never even HEARD of Mad Elf, let alone try it. I've mentioned this before: I live in beer desert. And a kinda-sorta REAL desert, too.

Maybe Lou, Toby, Jesse and you could come for a visit!

And mebbe I'd never LEAVE. Wait. Snow. Nevermind... ;-)
